Silva, No idea how this hill was formed but it is a winding road that has been cut through the rocks. I did not see the normal kind of rocks that are commonly seen around volcanos ... so I am not really sure. NikonSniper Steve

Absolutely incredible.
When I click on the photo and it fills the screen, it reminds me of looking through binoculars at sea lions lazing on barren ocean rocks.
