stephanie l. mcgee, i shoot almost everything (unless it's dark) in shutter ptiority, ISO 200. this photo would obviously have a high shutter speed. all i tend to do is roll my thumb to a good speed for different situations. nikonsniper steve

Now that is impressive. Do you use automatic functions or are you on a shutter/aperture priority mode?

I love bees. As a boy; I had a neighbor friend whose father kept bees. The honey was very nice.
Very good photo Stephen!
YHWH Bless you today,

That's a great shot Stephen. We all love to get bees in our flower shots, but to get one in flight like that is extraordinary. Relly beautiful.
What a great shot!

Cool. Thanks for responding. I should someday experiment with shutter/aperture priority. I usually just do manual cause I'm shooting static objects.
Very stunning photo! I've caught a few bees in flight, but never with such a nice composition or background!
amazing! i bet that was hard to get! :) patience always produces the best shots i think! †
Beautiful...the one behind the lens, capturing with great appreciation a glimpse of the glorious power of God!
