my very first impression was a painting from a post card.
Very good photos and I agree with you that photography was be a therapeutic by being out there more to smell to flowers and walk the park...which helps.
Hi Stephen. I am so honored and so happy to have you as a follower to my little blog! Your photography is absolutely amazing!! I want to comment on every single one, but something about this one just reached out and grabbed me. I LOVE it. I cannot explain it, but I am so drawn to this photo. When I can get my wits gathered about me after getting all my money stolen I would like to post the picture on my blog or direct the readers to your blog to see these wonderful photos. I also would love to use at least this one in some of my scrapbooks I am making for my children, grand children and my 5 little precious angel great grand children. I would give all the crdit for the photo, but I think it would be so perfect with some of the old photos I have of my grandparents, etc. I want to leave a legacy for my kids and the little ones, I want them to know where they came from, all that stuff!!! My great grandmother was a full blooded Indian and I have an old tintype of her made in the late 1800's. My grandmother gave it to me before she passed away. Also I have to tell you how I admire your attitude. Your photographs will be a wonderful thing for your grandchildren and on down to have something you have created. They will be treasures to them. That is why it is so important to me to have the photo albums done for all mine. I feel as though I have made a new friend!!!!
Polly, Glad you enjoy! Photos mean many things to different people. Each story is quite interesting why someone is attracted to a photo. All the best to you. NikonSniper Steve
Well, for all the books that get read in similar indoor....uh....facilities, I guess they are kind of like libraries! You have a quirky mind! I like that in a man! :)
mellodee, yes, some call it quirky. others call it insane. i admit that i do deliberately attempt to say and do as much as i can a bit diferently. i think it makes you a bit more memorable. it seems many travel through life, they come and go and are hardly noticed. sometimes i like to do crazy things to see peoples reaction ... so that people tell the story over and over. can you imagine that i would enjoy being the subject of someones story told about a nut they once saw doing something so grossly dangerous for a photo. the fall never hurts ... but the sudden stop gets told over and over thanksgiving tables for decades. just glad i made their day! nikonsniper steve

If you don't go when you can go, when you do go, you'll find you've gone.
