Is the starfish dead?

Nativa,
No, the starfish was not dead. And I tossed it back as far as I could. Hopefully it caught good currents and avoided that beach. At least that's how I heard they die. So I tossed it back. By the way ... that's Australian sand.

That's good of you Steve. It does make me wonder though, if you hadn't, would Spongebob have come out and pulled him back in?

Hi Stephen,

You have a lovely blog and a great philosophy regarding photography. I have enjoyed my visit and especially like the starfish, such amazing creatures.

Simple, stark, stunning. I am a creature of water and this photo really grabbed me. Thanks.

Hey Sniperguy, Just saw that you became a new follower to my blog. Yippeeee! And I didn't even have to bribe you. My goodness you have quite an array of interests. It was a pleasure reading your profile and I look forward to following your cool blog. My hubby is getting me a new camera for Christmas (I know, I'm not supposed to know) and I'll be taking a crash course in photography in January. I can't wait to start taking better pictures for my blog.

kim,
you will never regret taking a photography class ... it's a better investment than buying a camera because when a camera finally dies one day you can grab better deals more intelligently and your skills grow much greater with every new twist learned.

What a surprise to see you have become a follower of my blog! Thank you so much for making me feel so special. This photograph really speaks to me, being an ocean dweller myself and embracing the more simple things in life. Well done!
