Great colours in this shot! I really like the way the road disappears in the distance. It reminds me of many of the roads here in the Yukon!

someday i want to go to the yukon. my grandfather did before he passed away. if i had two weeks to do this. where would ya recommend going?

Oh my, there are so many places!

I would absolutely recommend Dawson City for sure. While you're there, you can check out the Top Of The World Highway (which goes to Alaska) as well as the Dempster Highway (which goes further North).

Also, Mayo and Keno are spectacular.

Whitehorse is grand and there are many things to see around here.

My main suggestion would be to drive everywhere because it is a land best seen from the highways. Of course flightseeing tours are great but get pretty expensive... you can see SO much from the highways.

If you are ever contemplating a visit seriously, please let me know and I will send you lots more information and give you dozens of resources!
