Hi Stephen..what a fabulous photo... I really love the photos you post of the old buildings & barns...they have so much character! A very apt title too!

Sometimes I dream of living a life like this, and then I realize I'm out of milk. :-)

I love this one. I have a barn fetish and should probably make a calendar!

Hi stephen

It's photos like this one that inspired my interest in wood working when i was a young man and has kept me going all my life , it still amazes me every time i see things lke this , its captured a moment of time of piece tranquility timless stood for every captured for all eternity and all the generations following behind us.

It make me wonder about back in the time space when the barn was built with the tools of the tradesmen of the day the amount of time and effert that went into building , & then I wonder if they ever thought one day my work captured for all that followes . MARTIN
