I'll Be Home For Christmas
In a few hours our Army Medic daughter, Tara, will board a plane in South Korea and will begin the long journey back to us for Christmas. We have really missed her goofy laughter and smile from all our family gatherings. We are counting the hours now.
Tara left for South Korea last year about this same time after her AIT graduation and did not take any summer leave in order to get extended time over the Christmas holidays with us. I can't wait for this Christmas just to see all our kids, their wives & husbands and our 6 grandkids all under one roof for celebration of the birth of the King. I am crazy looking forward to this years celebration.
Stay safe kiddo! Prayers for you.
Love, Pops

How awesome Steve. I pray the Lord's blessings on you and your family as they all come home this holiday. May the Lord grant everyone safe travel and may your time together be filled with His love~
Enjoy your celebration! I too am the happiest when all the 'chicks' are under one roof. May the dear Lord keep them safe as they head homeward.
Yea! My children's "Boppa" (or grandpa) will be home from Africa for Christmas. What a joy it is to have them home!!
What a joyous celebration you will have with all your family this Christmas. Yes, family is the greatest gift. Tell your daughter I love her hand-shaped heart.
