Well, If you're really interested. I don't recommend doing this ... but I do it all the time while driving on highways. Put the camera into Shutter Priority, set the camera to take 2-4 second exposures. Hold the camera between your hands while holding the steering wheel at 11 and 1 o'clock. Rest the lens on the top of the steering wheel and take hundreds of photos trying to keep the lens as still as possible. You won't be able to do it. That's what makes those lines. This is second nature to me. Crazy too! Nikonsniper.
