I found you as a new follower to my blog (thank you, hope I don't disappoint) and came here to see who you are. I am thrilled to meet you. Your photos are rich, well composed, colorful, sometimes quirky. Your post titles are descriptive and sometimes word play, something that always excites me. Love the title of your blog. And I'd say your machine gun approach hits something pretty often. I'll be back (quoting the guv, not MacArthur).

I can't tell you how much I enjoy these travel photos. They are beautiful and evoke such wonderful memories of my own travels with my husband. Thanks for the memories.

Hi, found you by the way of way station one. Your profile brought tears to my eyes when you said that you hoped that your children and grand-children could "see through your eyes." What a great gift!

I'm a fellow sniper, too and can't wait to see more of your part of the world.

Greetings from Florida.

I noted you are a new follower of my blog. Thanks. This picture is beautifully composed and the colour is lovely. I have visited a few crater lakes and they always seem somewhat sinister in their beauty, as if they would suck me to the centre of the earth. Most are quite deep.

Your photos are such purveyors of beauty captured in the moment. They do indeed inspire the poetic in heart.
I, with appropriate credit and link, ask your permission to post your robin perched on a wood fence along with one of my poems on APOGEE Poet.

Thank you for such a delightful array!
