Beautiful pics. My hubby has a Canon and loves it. Although, he did seriously consider the Nikon.

Fantastic Sandhill Crane shot! They should be arriving here in Fairbanks in large numbers in a few weeks on their southerly migration. They really are a interesting bird to watch.

Beautiful shot.. such a lovely creature.. great colors.. I do some photography, also a Nikon.. I have both 35mm and 70D frames.. same lenses, makes it nice... nothing to compare with the great shots you have gotten, it is an art form............

ines nigro fans,
i check out 30-50 new blogs a day for ideas, photos, layouts ... anything on earth i can possibly learn from others. for me, it's all about photography. when i am online i am constantly seeing what others do with their photos and their blogs. i learn an incredible amount of things from young people. i still take college classes too in order to interact with people with new ideas. i have grey-white hair but i am still a kid that explores anything anywhere in order to improve my photography. that's likely how i came into contact.

Large birds are such fascinating creatures to photograph! I love my digital because I can keep clicking away, then be surprised by shots similar to this that I didn't know I had until I get home.
