Oh, my! May I use this bird in one of my collages?? I'd like to know what usage permissions you allow of your photos, if any?? The bird is just so sweet. :0)

Have a great day,
Stephanie

The bird looks sort of sad sitting there all alone. Do you know what type of bird it is?
Cheers.

queenofdreamsz,
the artsy rules about using NikonSniper photography:
yeah, about that protocol! uh, it's really complicated. see it's just that ... well, i am a simpleton and i prefer to think about these things like a simpleton.
so, here's the protocol:
1. thanks for thinking my stuff is worthy of this compliment perhaps you would be kind enough to make reference to NikonSniper when you are finished.
2. if ya do anything with your art ... congratulations! what great skill God gave you!
3. send me a photo of your artsy stuff ... so i can at least see what you did.
4. say nice things about me. bonus: tell people i am good looking.
5. get a nikonsniper tattoo (optional).

please keep in mind that I don’t make the rules but they are what they are. if you can handle this strict protocol ... well, then i am good with it. i am always fascinated at which photos people find worthy of this compliment. some of my very favorites ... don't even get responses. that should tell you a bit about my lack of personal taste.

all the best to you.

How ever does such a tiny little creature keep warm on those cold, fridget days of the long, deep, dark winter?
I know...it's all part of His great plan!
And you've captured it well in this photo.
