These comments are so funny. Seeing these shoes hang from the tree really looks like some sort of decoration. LOL!

Very ingenious title! Here in the BVI and my home country (Trinidad), I see many shoes thrown over the electrical wires. I can't remember what this signify but I think it something to do with the area being ghetto.

It has been a while that I wanted to take pictures of these shoes.

I have seen many trees such as this one , here in Oregon.. I love it.. even our small mountain town has an adaptation of this tree, as some kids thru their sneakers up on the telephone wires over one of our streets.. so funny.. thanks for the awesome photos.

There is a "shoe tree" on a highway in the middle of nowhere in Oregon. Hundreds of pairs of shoes hanging in it. I guess this has been thought of more than once!
