What a great shot, Steve! There is something about mountains that makes me feel so safe and protected. I am thrilled to be so blessed - I am surrounded by them continuously! :o)

@ Steve,

Fantastic shot! As I was looking at it I came to wondering where you took it, it is just a guess, but is it BC? Nonetheless, it is great, and it shows just how creative our Creator is.

son of the King,
there is incredible photography in BC and i hope to get the opportunity for several trips to that region ... and calgary / banff and many other places. i was born in canada so i do know of the beauty ... BUT this is mount rainier national park in washington state and it is also incredibly beautiful. you should see the rivers in the spring when the snow is melting.

It's to flat it needs more magic. It's good and clean, but no different from any other shot from 1962. sorry.

Hi Steve,
Great photo. The nature on your shot reminds of the Swedish nature, at least a bit.
Nice to have you as follower on my own blog. You are more than welcome. I’m honoured to have members from "over there".
Warmest regards from Sweden
Kristina
