Some tagging is kinda pretty to look at. Many would disagree... but it is art. Every city and town should have a place to display this type of art. I am not at all into using creativity on private property.
When I went to Sydney (Australia) during my visit over the summer, we were taking the train to the Opera House area of the city..there was tons of graffiti (or however you spell it) everywhere. I was wishing now that I had been able to stop along the way and take pics of some of it, because it was really good.
