I'm really enjoying your photos. I'm also a photography nut and have started posting mine on my blog. Thanks for inspiring me!! Please swing by my blog again and take a look.
What a super old car that is - great photo, in fact all your photos are great.
All you need to do with the Award I gave you is copy the photo of it then display it on the side bar of your blog, pass the same award to 10 others and answer the 35 questions I answered on my post. Sorry for lumbering you with all those questions but that's part of the conditions of the award, you shouldn't have such a super blog then I wouldn't have picked you lol. I didn't create the award so the rules aren't mine, have fun trying to answer the questions with one word answers, it's not as easy as it sounds.
Ronda, I have no idea about the car's year or make and model. I just thought it was Aunt Bea driving a teenage Oppie Taylor into Mt. Pilot for some kind of tetanus shot after getting into a fight in Helen Crump's class. What kind of name was Crump anyway? Gotta go. Floyd's chair needs a passenger. NikonSniper Steve
Nativa, these cars are quite rare to see where the photo was taken. this was on a country road in central illinois. however, out on the west coast and southwest usa, i have seen dozens of these beasts. many look new, inside and out. obviously collectors cars. nikonsniper steve
I love this pic..not sure if its the car or dirt road in the country but its great...was going to ask if you could put names to places in these pics for us Aussies who would only be guessing where they are...thanks, Khris
Hi Stephen, Is this for real? Your photo looks like a true blast from the past! Thanks for joining us over at Dandelion House Home school. We ( hubby and I )shoot with a Nikon D40 digital SLR.I'm looking forward to viewing more of your work here!
debbie, yes the photo is real. i was on farm back roads in north central illinois and this was coming down the road toward me. i saw the car away off so i got several shots. i cropped it so that i could remove anything that might date the photo. nikonsniper steve

I was thinking a Chevy from the early 50s, '52 or '53 maybe. In any case, a fabulous photo no matter the vintage of the car!
Blast from the past.....I'm stuck in it...Gr8 photo
Wow! Do these vehicles still exist? And it is operatable too!!
