Hi Stephen, Thanks for visiting my blog, ive just looked through yours, and love the photography! I'll visit you from time to time, along with all those other wonderful blogs out there......there's just too many!
Hello,Steve, my friend!!! And Happy New Year!! Just wanted to give you a quick answer to your question...I had advice and help from a friend who works in television...And I borrowed equipment... so I guess I'm really not the right person to ask about software...but I understand that most PCs come with video software ...my friend has recommended that I buy a Mac (if I want to continue with video from home)as apparently the Mac has phenomenal software built into the system for video editing...I'm sure too that a local electronics outlet such as BEST BUY would have someone who could advise...I'm sorry I can't be more help...but I hope this is of some help...You are a great friend! And I wish you all the best in 2010!! Hugs, Janine
I just found your blog by clicking on a link. I have a Nikon D40 and have been taking photographs but I have a lot to learn. My problem is that I am too impatient to take the pictures and I have not read the instructions manual yet. I have read some of your past posts and shall come back to read more and look at your pictures. And please enter me in the NikonSniper 2000 contest. Happy New Year!
Hi Stephen – Your work is terrific and the blog is a pleasure. I really appreciate the winter images. It’s encouraging to remember that other photographers are out braving the elements for their art now that I’ve committed to post a photo of Lake Erie every day. Your “Dawn’s Early Light” is a peach but it makes my fingers ache just looking at it. Can’t say I’m happy with what I’ve managed so far - it’s a trial trying to work when the wind is determined to blow me off the cliff and I'm so bundled up it's tough to get an eye anywhere near the camera.
I look forward to seeing more of your work although I don't know how encouraging it will be to think of you in the sunny south but I'll try to be brave. Thanks!
This photo is gorgeous, before the sun comes up. Thanks for following my "word blog". I have better photos on my "photoblog" @ yadkinvalleyhome.wordpress.com/.
I started blogging in Feb of 09 because I was accumulating quite a few waterfall photos from our vacations and weekend hikes.
I've enjoyed reading a little about you and your reasons for being a photographer.
