Thanks for joining my blog. I love shooting with my D50. Its not the elite Nikon, but I love it, and I too, wholeheartedly believe that you can be a photographer with any camera. Its your eye and imagination that does most the work. Looking forward to more of your work...What's your weapon of choice? What do you suggest as a Newbie to DSLR(i have used a SLR for 15 years)that I make sure I equipt myself with? Thanks!
Great photo of Sydney Harbor Bridge. Did you come to Australia to take it? I have a B&W photo of this bridge that my grandmother's sister took when the bridge was still being built.
Peter Stone, Yes, I shot over 30,000 photos in Australia in April of 2005. Hundreds are on this blog. We spent time in Sydney, Brisbane and Port Douglas. I can't wait till I return to Australia. I believe it to be on of the most beautiful places on earth and I must spend time in many more of its locations. I hope to spend 2-3 months per year there after retirement. All the best. Melissa J Cornell, I have seen your photos. You have a great weapon of choice. I am asked those questions all the time ... I think you are doing well without my oppinions. But, if you wish to read how I answer those questions ... go to the 2 posts from January 2009 and that may help (or hinder) your craft. Thanks for following. NikonSniper Steve

This really is one of the most photogenic locations in the world. You've done it justice Steve.

You have caught the bridge and harbour brilliantly! I haven't seen it in that light (early sunrise?).
