A lot of people put themselves in harm's way and then expect the Government to bail them out. I like your system with the Visa card. We hear the rescue helicopter go over our place. Looking at their annual report it's sometimes for a sprained ankle! Wow!
I want one! I'd paint it red! I probably wouldn't rescue anyone, just drive by and laugh, til I'm laughing so hard I drive off the cliff and take out the tree... then I'd hope someone would rescue me.
